Shipping Information

  • Location & Carrier: All physical orders ship from BOHHOS Studio, 2 Quest Avenue, Hemingfield, S73 0QB Barnsley, South Yorkshire, UK via Royal Mail 1st Class.

  • Shipping within the UK Only: Physical products (like personalised greeting cards) are currently shipped exclusively within the UK.

  • Direct Shipping to Recipients: If you’re purchasing a personalised card for someone else, I can ship it directly to their address—just provide the recipient’s details at checkout.

  • Digital Projects Available Worldwide: All digital designs can be purchased and downloaded worldwide.

  • Currency & Charges: Payments are processed in GBP. If you’re purchasing from overseas, please be aware of any currency conversion fees or additional charges by your bank.

Returns & Refunds

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue like a broken link or file error, I will gladly offer a refund or fix the problem right away.

  • Physical Returns (Non-Personalised Items):

    1. If you wish to return an item, please contact me via the form on my Contact page, providing your order number and the date of purchase.

    2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on my side.

    3. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.

    4. Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • Personalised Items: Because personalised products are created just for you, they cannot be returned unless an error was made by me (e.g., incorrect spelling that differs from the provided instructions). Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds if the customer provided incorrect details (such as a misspelled name).
