What is Digital Artwork?Digital artwork is any creative piece produced or refined using electronic tools or software (for example, graphic design programs and/or drawing tablets) rather than traditional media like paint or pencil. This process allows for precise edits, limitless colour options, and easy sharing online. When you purchase a digital artwork from me, you’ll receive a virtual graphic file (such as a high-resolution JPEG, PNG, PDF or vector- please refer to the item description) that you can use for personal or commercial projects—think printing at home, incorporating into social media posts, making your own greetings cards, adding to your branding or print-on-demand materials. Because it’s delivered electronically, no physical product will be shipped.

How do I purchase a digital item on your website?To purchase a digital item, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a download link (or direct access to your file) via email or on the order confirmation page. From there, you can save the file to your device and start using it right away—no physical shipping necessary!

What file formats are available for download?My digital artwork is typically offered in popular file formats like JPG, PNG (without background—ideal for incorporating into your own designs or print-on-demand products), and PDF. Specific file formats may vary depending on the artwork’s nature and intended use. Please refer to each artwork’s description for detailed information on the formats available.

Can I use your digital artwork for commercial purposes?Yes, you may use my digital artwork for commercial purposes unless it features content owned by third parties (for example, brands like Peyo or Disney), which may require additional licensing. For all other designs, each purchase (excluding logo designs) includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows unlimited personal and commercial use, provided my signature remains intact on selected premium pieces. Some of my designs are free of charge and still qualify for commercial use. Others may incorporate elements from external sources (such as the Larousse Encyclopaedia), and appearing in my store does not guarantee they follow the same usage rules. Please refer to each design’s description and review my licensing terms and conditions to ensure full compliance.

Do you offer refunds or returns for digital artwork purchases?Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds or returns unless the digital file received is not as described or the download link is invalid. Different terms apply to physical items; please refer to my Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. If you use a gift card to purchase digital or physical designs, any eligible refund (if applicable) will be credited back to your original gift card or a new gift card code may be issued for the corresponding amount.

Are there any additional fees for international purchases?All payments in my store are collected in GBP (British Pound Sterling). If you’re purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you may incur additional bank or currency conversion fees. I recommend contacting your bank or financial institution for more information on any potential charges. All prices listed for each artwork include an unlimited license for both personal and commercial use—no extra fees apply on my end. You do not need to re-purchase the license for the same artwork, provided the user of the graphics remains the same as the recipient or company specified on the receipt. All prices also include VAT.

Can I customise or edit the digital artwork I purchase?While my digital artwork is delivered in a finished format, you are welcome to resize, crop, or make minor edits to suit your specific needs. You may also add your own text or messages—such as for greetings cards projects—provided that the content is not offensive or inappropriate. However, you may not alter the original design in a way that compromises its integrity or remove my signature from the artwork.

Can I share or distribute your digital artwork that I purchase with others?Each purchase grants you a license to use the digital artwork for personal and/or commercial purposes. However, you may not resell, distribute, or share the digital files themselves as they are. If others are interested in my artwork, I encourage them to purchase their own copies from my store. My prices reflect only a fraction of what’s typically charged by many providers, so it’s affordable for everyone to have their own licensed copy.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or wholesale orders?I may offer discounts for bulk purchases or wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. For special pricing on larger quantities, please contact me at morgan@bohhos.studio or via the Contact form on this website. I’m happy to discuss discounts of up to 60% for businesses such as greeting card manufacturers and retailers, depending on the order size. I’m also open to establishing a long-term, exclusive partnership for supplying designs specifically tailored for greeting cards.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?Physical greeting cards are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Digital artwork becomes available promptly after your payment is processed, so you can start using your files right away.

Can I track my order?To keep costs low and provide you with the most attractive prices possible, I normally ship orders via Royal Mail 1st Class without tracking. However, if you need tracking—especially for direct shipping to a recipient—I can use a Royal Mail trackable service upon request. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Can I request custom or personalized artwork?Yes. Please check each artwork’s description to see if personalisation is an option. If it’s available, you’ll find an additional fee or upgrade option you can choose. This applies to items where I offer custom text or other modifications.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special messages for direct shipping?I don’t offer gift wrapping as it’s not applicable for my products. However, if you’re shipping a card directly to someone, I’m happy to design and print a cursive, elegant message inside. Some greeting cards are sold with a decorative or colourful envelope—check the item’s description for details. If you order for yourself, you’ll receive the card in a standard envelope, often with an unglued envelope and a cello bag (especially for bulk or commercial orders).

Do you have a newsletter or mailing list for updates and discounts?I occasionally offer discounts on my website, but I do not run a newsletter. I believe in more sustainable business practices, and research shows that a significant portion of emails sent globally is spam. According to research by McAfee, a remarkable 78% of all incoming emails are spam. Around 62 trillionspam messages are sent every year, requiring 33 billion kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity and causing approximately 20 million tonnes of COâ‚‚e annually (The Guardian).

Are your designs family-friendly?Most of my designs are family-friendly. In the rare event that a design might not be suitable for all ages, you’ll see a specific sign or note in the product description so you can make an informed choice.
